Why should I sign up for a CartSnap account?

Signing up for a CartSnap account allows us to find out which carts you reported. We're gearing up for some rewards and incentives, so we'll use that information to contact you.

Can I use the app without signing up for a CartSnap account?

Yes! You will have access to the fully featured app; nothing gets disabled if you don't have a CartSnap account! By choosing not to sign up for a CartSnap account, you simply opt out of the cart status notification.

What kind of personal information do I need to sign up for an account?

When signing up for an account, we require your first and last name, your email address, and a password you make up.  We optionally ask you to provide your phone number, company name, and referral email.

What kind of data does the CartSnap app send to your servers?

The app sends the photo you took of the cart, the GPS coordinates of the photo, the store name (if entered), the date and time you took the photo, the ID of your device for push notification, and your name and email (if you signed up for a CartSnap account).

What is CartSnap's privacy policy?

We hate spam as much as you do. We will never sell your information to others.
